Empanada Club - Gluten-Free Empanadas
Handmade empanadas from local ingredients and love. These are traditional South American recipes with a modern twist.
Hot level: mild.
Filling: Maine Beef, Maine Pork, onion, garlic, pasilla chili, monterrey jack, cheddar, seasoning ( cumin, bay leaves, oregano).
Crust: Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Flour, Butter, Salt, sugar, achiote
Hot level: Medium.
Filling: Monterrey jack and cheddar cheese, hot peppers, onion, oregano.
Crust: Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Flour, Butter, Salt, sugar, achiote.
Note: While these empanadas do not contain any gluten ingredients, they are made in a shared facility and it can be safely assumed that they contain trace amounts. Not suitable for those with severe allergies or Celiac Disease, etc.
