Meet one of Fork Food Lab's newest members! Jonesin’ is a newly established food business that is bringing Jamaican inspired cuisine with Asian influences to Maine. Chelsea Jones is originally from Florida, where her love of food grew out of her curiosity for deep flavors and smells, particularly with Jamaican food. She was raised by a single mom and often found herself cooking for the family and learning through hands-on experience. Chelsea has lived in Maine for five years now, and she’s using her background in professional kitchens, as well as her Jamaican culture, to create elevated food that still delivers the warmth and comfort we all crave with Jamaican cuisine.
