Little Brother - Pork + Napa Jiaozi (Dumplings)

This is the Lee family classic. These jiaozi (dumplings) are handmade with love in Portland, Maine.

"When I was a kid, I used to eat so many of these jiaozi that my folks would have to kinda cut me off (with very good reason). But I loved them too much! So I would sneak over to my NaiNai's side as she boiled more, and sheepishly hold out my bowl without making a sound. She would always pop 4 more into my bowl.
