The Greeks of Peaks - Chicken Souvlaki Skewers

Cubed and marinated white meat chicken with classic Greek flavors and skewered by hand.  Comes frozen.

Serve with a Greek salad, pita and dips, or in a gyro.

Heat to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.

Ingredients: white meat chicken, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salts, black pepper, lemon juice, parsley.
